The Certified Real Estate Finance Professional (CREFP®)® exam is designed to assess your knowledge, analytical skills, and practical application of real estate finance concepts. Successful completion of the exam is required to earn the CREFP® designation.

Retake Policy

If a candidate does not pass on the first attempt, they may retake the exam after 30 days.

A retake fee applies for each additional attempt.
