Submit Your 2025 Application

Applications for the Certified Real Estate Finance Professional (CREFP)® designation are open until August 2025. New application cycles begin on the 1st of every month, with a submission deadline on the 15th.

Application Review Process for the CREFP® Designation
Initial Review (1-3 Business Days)
MREI’s admissions team conducts an initial assessment to confirm that your application includes:

Any supporting documents (such as prior certifications or academic credentials)
Incomplete applications may require additional documentation before moving to the next step.
Eligibility Evaluation (3-5 Business Days)
The admissions team evaluates whether you meet the program’s eligibility criteria. This includes:

Work Experience & Educational Background – Verifying relevant experience in real estate finance, underwriting, or investment.
